Edouard Moreau is a French urbanist and founder of Orchestra, an urban design and cultural programming studio based in Paris and Saint Petersburg and operating internationally. The bureau has over 10 years of experience in leading major development projects in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East for public authorities and private developers.
Octava Cluster Cultural Space is one of the most famous projects developed by the studio. Octava is a factory that produces high-quality microphones used by artists such as U2, Sting or Marilyn Manson. In 2018, the cluster “Octava” opened to the public within the premises of the still functioning plant. Orchestra developed the concept of the cluster, the cultural program, and the architectural renovation project.
