Since 2016, Olga has been managing the consulting and analytics department at Knight Frank. Her team has successfully worked with leading developers: advising them at the stages of evaluating the effectiveness and feasibility of a project, creating site concepts, selecting architects and operators, and providing developers with analytical support at the sales stage.
Experience of Olga Shirokova in the consulting market of real estate is more than 10 years. Prior to joining the team of KnightFrank, Olga headed the Department of consulting, analytics and research at the Blackwood real estate company, which she has established, for 7 years. Later, she worked as Director in charge of Development in the State Development Company and the Marketing Director for „A101 Development“. Over the years, she implemented more than 200 projects of residential, commercial and resort and recreational real estate in the Moscow region, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Ekaterinburg, Samara, Sochi, Yaroslavl, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
In 2018, the Consortium led by Knight Frank took the 1st place in the Open International Competition for the Development of the Concept and Master Plan of the Eco-district in Kazan.
In 2019, the Knight Frank Consortium took the 1st place in the Open International Competition on Creating the Concept of the Tourist Cluster „Pole of Cold“ in the Oymyakon village in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)
