Chairman, Head Judge, Liveable Cities Competition (LivCom)
Rob Small is a former World President of the International Federation of Park and Recreation Administration (IFPRA) the antecedent organisation of World Urban Park Association (WUPA). He was also a Chairman of the Asia Pacific Region of IFPRA. He is presently the Chairman and Head Judge of LivCom, the world’s Most Liveable Cities project. Rob is also an independent commissioner for WUPA.
