Dmitry Smirnov is a managing partner of Project Group 8, a marketer, and a specialist in the field of territorial development. He is a member of the international association Environmental Design Research Association. He works as an expert in the Public Spaces Development Program of the Republic of Tatarstan and consults the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation in the framework of the priority project „Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment“. He is a publisher and a lecturer at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
