Over the years, the bureau has gained vast experience in the design of high-rise buildings, educational and museum spaces, sports complexes and residential quarters. Among the recently realized iconic objects are the Sheraton Expocenter and Hotel in Krasnodar, the Letovo (together with Atelier PRO) and the BROOKES schools in Moscow, several houses and a park in the Symbol Residential Complex. In early 2019, the ATRIUM bureau in a consortium with Vostok + won the competition for the project of the Future Generations Park in Yakutsk, which is the first park built on the permafrost in the world. The park is an all-season public space adapted to extreme temperatures that combines landscape attractions with an educational cluster and exhibition center.
